Abstract

We have measured the transmission spectra of CaCoSi₂O₆ with a mm-wave spectrometer for different orientations of an applied external magnetic field relative to the crystallographic axes. The results are discussed on the basis of group theoretical considerations and by means of a spin-wave calculation.
