Abstract
One of the main reasons for road accidents is that the upper beam of head lamps of the opposing vehicles dazzles a driver. In this paper an anti-dazzling device, preventing the upper beam of head lamps of opposing vehicles to dazzle a driver, is described. The device consists of 2 electro-optical liquid crystalline shutters, the goggles casing and the electronic control circuit allows variance of the light transmission of the shutters as the illuminance of the photodetector varies.
