Abstract

The noise generators based on the backward wave oscillator in frequency range 37.5 Ã¢â‚¬â€178 GHz have been constructed. The noise spectrum width can be regulated within range 1- 10 GHz. The maximal noise temperature is not less 1010 degrees when the spectrum width is 10 GHz.
