Abstract
The paper represents approbation of the education manual structure, based on wide experience of open and built-in reflectometric systems development and creation on Department of Radio-Electronic and Quantum Devices and in the Research Center of Applied Electrodynamics of the Tupolev Kazan State Technical University with active assistance of the Ministry of Communications of Republic Tatarstan, State Unitary Enterprise FSPC <> and the Kazan branch of the International Telecommunication Academy.
