Abstract
At present, the detection and tracking of small target is developing rapidly and being widely used. In this paper, we proposed a real-time scene adaptive method for infrared small target detection and tracking in sea/sky background, while the imaging platform is moving at high speed. We use combination of scene recognition and the scene optimized target detection and tracking to realize scene adaptation. In this algorithm, we recognize the scene at first. By detecting the straight line through the image we can identify whether there exists a sea-sky line and recognize reflection of sunlight by detecting obvious texture at the same time. The results show that this algorithm can recognize the scene and realize the scene adaptive detection and tracking.
