Abstract
The quality of education has awakened the interest in researchers worldwide because it is an important aspect in solving the problems in education which can be studied as a complex social system; and of course, there are several ways to model a complex social system. The objective of this paper is to propose a model that deals with problems in education among knowledge societies in situations where conventional analysis is insufficient in describing the intricacies of realistic social phenomena and social actors. We use the Distributed Agency methodology that requires the use of several computational techniques and interdisciplinary theories.
