Abstract
Robot welding workstation has been widely promoted and applied with the development of industrial robot, electronic control and welding equipment. Based on FD-B4L (OTC) robot and DM350 (OTC) welding machine, a robot welding workstation was designed, which can be used to weld sheet metal parts and vehicle-mounted cabinet. This paper introduces the welding fixture and the selection of main equipment and accessories in robot welding workstation in detail. The size and mechanical property of the cabinet welded by the robot welding workstation are checked, which meets the relevant requirements. The robot welding workstation has a high value of popularization and application.
