Abstract
Aiming at the problems of single impedance measurement channel, multi-channel control and error calibration processing, this research uses C language to design a multi-channel impedance measurement control and calibration software based on STM32 microcontroller. The measurement function of each channel is designed, and the 8-bit address line control method is used to realize the analog switch control function of 128 channels. By using the software segment fitting and calibration method, the function of single channel measurement error calibration is realized, and the software zero compensation method is used to solve the basic error caused by multi-channel measurement at the same time. The experimental results show that the test accuracy of the impedance range of 10Ω-100kΩ resistance is less than 3%
