The response model of refrigeration infrared focal plane detector plays important roles in infrared imaging simulation, non-uniformity correction and performance analysis. The widely used infrared response model is a linear model, in which the infrared focal plane array detector response output electrical signal is the input infrared radiation, by the gain and bias response of the detector. However, in practice, in the scope of the limitation of the limitation of the existing unilinear theory model, it is difficult to derive the system infrared response model for more applications has a great significance. Based on the traditional model of response output and radiation temperature, this paper analyzes the whole physical process of the infrared imaging system, analyzes the whole physical process of the infrared imaging system, analyzes the principle of the system, increases the integration time, establishes the model, and verifies the theoretical calculation value and measured value of the model. Based on the model ,also presents a method to search the dark current to apply the model.
