This automobile radio panel measurement system can monitor the quality of automobile radio panel's VFD and LCD characters through making different parts' image templates with some image processing techniques. The previous system only powers the panel and measures the quality of the panel by eyes. This system takes the place of previous system and realizes the monitoring system's flexibility. In order to improve the system's stability, this paper analyses the characteristics of different partitions of VFD and LCD panel by some experiments and put forward an image processing method by synthesizing several image processing techniques.
The computer vision technology is applied into automatic measurement of tiny-size like filament. The authors utilize digit image processing technology to analyze and research image data, extract edge contour of objects, consequently obtain information including edge position and dimension of objects. The information can be used to obtain practical dimension of objects after being calibrated and analyze objects' parameters and find out eligible objects.
With the applied computer vision technology, the boot of automobile shaft is measured real-timely under a high rotation speed and high temperature condition, and an extraction method of pixel-level object profile curve is introduced. Besides, the radial dilation of the boot is obtained accurately through averaging several measurement results on a basis of pixel-level edge. During the test course, the boot not only dilates in radial direction but also deforms in axial direction. According to the characteristic of the measurement object variation, this paper presents a modification algorithm, which processes departure in segments along the X coordinate, to reduce the measurement deviation from deformation in axial direction, and the measurement accuracy of the boot profile dimension is improved.
The autinobile shock absorber connecting rod makes very strict tolerance requirements on the
diameter size, roundness, straightness. Because it is a kind of thin and long workpiece, it is
difficult to measure the errors of the roundness and axis straightness. Furthermore, it brings much
difficulty to realize the highly efficient autinatic measurment as the connecting rod is mass
produced. Therefore, there is not any kind of connecting rod automatic measuring instrument
available in China.
In this article, the authors put forword the methods and principles which can autiatically and
efficiently measure the above-mentioned errors of the connecting rod and have designed a reliable
and simple automatic measuring instrument, Furthermore, the designing requirements and methods of
the software and the electrical system are also introduced. The problem of the automatic measurement
of the automobile shock absorber connecting rod has been solved. and it not only guarantees the
quality of the rod, but also provides the basis for technical analysis of the product.
This paper gives an outline of the self-calibrated capacitive instrument for measuring the
thickness of coating on metal. Based on the improved method about reducing the influence of
fringing effect, stray capacity etc., a 3-parameters model is proposed, by which the nonlinear
calibration is very convenient in measuring different materials,
