In the process of manufacturing, launching, and orbiting, the image quality of space cameras will be degraded due to the influence of system setup, gravity release, shock and vibration of rocket launch, and space thermal environment. The deformable mirror is a device that corrects the aberration of the optical system. Applying deformable mirror to the optical system of the space camera can effectively correct the wave aberration caused by various factors. A continuous mirror discretely actuated deformable mirror device with 31 actuators is designed, the actuators are arranged in a ring shape, the thickness of the mirror is 5mm, and the diameter is 300mm. The relevant characteristics of the deformable mirror structure are analyzed. The simulation results show that the first-order natural frequency of the structure is 1181.7Hz, which has good rigidity and meets the anti-mechanical requirements of space applications. The RMS of the mirror deformation is 10.526nm and 11.534nm under the action of Y-gravity and Z-gravity, respectively, which meets the requirements of the space microgravity environment. The designed deformable mirror has good mechanical properties of space environment adaptability, which lays the foundation for subsequent thermodynamic analysis and optimized design.
