In the era of rapid development of the Internet, interactive platforms such as Weibo, Zhihu and Douban have developed very rapidly. The appearance of each hot event will bring the heated discussion of netizens, showing all kinds of netizens' emotions. By analyzing the emotional data, we can quickly obtain the positive and negative emotions of netizens, which can provide technical support for the marketing of commodities and the prevention of cyber crimes. This paper designs a netizen emotion analysis and visualization system based on social data by using platforms such as Douban and Weibo. This model takes the novel coronavirus outbreak event as the case for analysis, uses data mining, machine learning, data visualization and other methods to mine potential important information in the data, and uses the clustering method to analyze and classify emotions. Quickly obtain the positive and negative emotions of Internet users, study the emotional changes of Internet users under different states of the epidemic, and conduct correlation analysis between the epidemic events and the emotions of Internet users. It will help governments at all levels to accurately grasp the situation of online public opinion and conduct public opinion guidance and epidemic prevention and control work.

The distribution station area is composed of distribution transformer, low-voltage comprehensive distribution box, lowvoltage line, drop out fuse and other medium voltage protection equipment. It undertakes the important tasks of voltage transformation and power distribution in the distribution system, and its safe and reliable operation is very important to ensure the stable operation of the distribution system. With the continuous increase of load capacity, the operation environment of distribution station area is deteriorating day by day. The fire and damage accidents occur frequently in the distribution area, which seriously affect the safe and reliable operation of distribution network and have a very bad social impact. This paper takes a typical high and low voltage equipment comprehensive damage fault in the distribution station area as an example, analyzes the prominent problems existing in the low and medium voltage protection configuration, low voltage equipment installation technology, daily operation and maintenance management, etc. The case has high learning value and significant guiding significance. It basically covers the outstanding problems in technology, technology and management of the current distribution area. Through in-depth analysis of the case, targeted and reliable solutions are proposed, which can effectively improve the operation level of distribution network.

A calculation method of lightwave’s atmospheric refractive error based on single photoelectric theodolite

As the lightwave passing through the atmosphere, the light’s path is not the uniform linear motion as well as the path has been bent, which causes the atmospheric refractive error of lightwave. As usual, two photoelectric theodolites are used to supply data for refractive error calculation. In the case of one photoelectric theodolite in the same time or the same area, the calculation method above is not suitable. This article proposes the calculation method of atmospheric refractive error based on single photoelectric theodolite which needs radar ranging to the flight target. First, station coordinate system is built and the station of photoelectric theodolite should be transformed to the system as well as the station of radar. Second, the original geocentric distance should be cut to L levels by lightwave refraction index from the station of photoelectric theodolite and the apparent distance between photoelectric theodolite and flight target is calculates. Third, the calculated geocentric distance should be cut to L levels by lightwave refraction index and the geocentric angle between photoelectric theodolite and flight target is calculated. At last, both the real elevation angle of photoelectric theodolite to the flight target and lightwave’s atmospheric refractive error are calculated by formula of elevation angle. The calculation method of atmospheric refractive error in this article only uses data of single photoelectric theodolite, as well as definite integral formulas of both apparent distance and geocentric angle are optimized, by which more accuracy error calculation of lightwave’s atmospheric refraction can be achieved.
